The cost for this complete tour is: $2,795 per person, based on double occupancy.

The price package includes:
· Round trip international airfare to Beijing from Los Angeles.
· All domestic transportation in China (air and bus).
· Complete full service meals including special banquets.
· All hotel accommodations.
· Sightseeing and entertainment tickets.
· Local tour guides.
 
 The price does not include:
· $40 Chinese Visa application fee (Ru-lan can help to obtain the visa but requires you to provide her with your passport, two recent passport photos, a completed application and the $40 application fee at least 40 days prior to departure).
· China domestic airport fee. Approximately $50.
· Tips (plan on about $4 per day).
· Personal expenses: telephone, laundry, postage, overweight luggage, etc.
· Single room supplement an additional $750.
· US domestic flights to Los Angeles.

Payment Schedule:
By July 8th a $400 deposit must be made. By September 8th (40 days prior to departure) amount must be paid in full. Please make check or money order payable to Ru-Lan W. Geiger. Cancellations must be done in writing at least 40 days prior to departure where an administrative charge of $200 will be assessed. Cancellations between 39 –30 days prior to departure a $400 administrative fee will be assessed. Cancellations between 29 – 10 days prior to departure an administrative charge of 35% of the total cost for the trip will be charged. Cancellations 9 days prior to departure an administrative charge of 70% of the total cost for the trip will be charged. On the day of departure no refunds will be issued.

Special Requests:
Any special requests regarding dietary requirements, adjoining rooms, double beds, etc ... advise when booking for this trip. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but we cannot guarantee all instances.

Baggage:
Each participant may check one suitcase not exceeding 44ibs in weight and 30”x17”x10” in dimension for all Chinese domestic flights. A small amount of hand baggage is allowed on the aircraft. A lockable suitcase is highly recommended. The tour operator is not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage. Luggage insurance is recommended.

Electric Current:
All hotels in China are equipped with 220-volt current
