I've been an avid tea drinker all my life. This is the best tea pot I've
ever used, and the first utilitarian object worthy to be sold in my gallery of
fine art.
The concept is simple. To infuse tea, lean the pot on its handle. In
this position, the infuser is immersed in hot water. Once the infusion is
complete to the color or strength of your liking, simply tilt the pot
onto its front leg and the infuser lifts out of the water. The infusion is
halted, and tea is ready to be served. There is no need to remove the infused
leaves until after the service is complete. The tea will not become bitter
from over infusion. The leaves may be reused many times with greater
integrity. For those who drink higher quality teas, this pot will pay for
itself in no time by fully utilizing the leaf.
